Zomato Help Desk - Job Description
Zomato is looking for friendly people to join our Help Desk team. The job is work from home. You will assist customers and solve their problems. If you like talking to people and helping them, this job is for you!
- Answer customer queries by phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, and technical issues.
- Provide quick and friendly solutions to problems.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Keep records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Follow company policies for handling customer issues.
- Work with other teams to fix issues.
- Ensure customers are happy with the service.
- Respond to customer feedback.
- Keep track of customer satisfaction levels.
- Help with new product or service updates.
