Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Reports To: Head of Finance

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and procedures, and be able to work independently and as part of a team to support WOW Momo's financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data: This includes collecting, compiling, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare financial reports: This includes preparing financial reports for management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support financial planning and forecasting: This includes supporting the development of financial plans and forecasts, and tracking progress against those plans.
• Other duties as assigned: This may include assisting with audits, providing training to staff, or developing new financial systems.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: This includes being able to identify and assess risks, and develop and implement solutions to problems.
• Strong attention to detail: This includes being able to identify and correct errors.
• Communication skills: This includes being able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial software: This includes being proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field: This is preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis: This is preferred, but not required.
