Job Title: Customer Support Engineer

Location: Andej, Ahmedabad, India

Reports To: Manager, Customer Support

Summary:

The Customer Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to Wipro's customers. This includes tasks such as troubleshooting customer problems, resolving customer issues, and providing technical advice to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT principles and practices, as well as experience in working with a variety of IT tools and software.
