Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Assess candidate skills and qualifications against job requirements.
• Provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and track progress.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Strong recruiting and sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
