Job Title: Auditor

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Reports To: Head of Internal Audit

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles and procedures, and be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Unilever's financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct, and report on audits of Unilever's financial statements and internal controls: This includes identifying and assessing risks, testing controls, and evaluating the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Provide recommendations for improvement: This includes identifying areas where controls can be strengthened and making recommendations for changes to processes and procedures.
• Communicate audit findings to management and stakeholders: This includes preparing clear and concise reports that are easy to understand and act on.
• Other duties as assigned: This may include participating in special projects, providing training to staff, or developing new audit tools and techniques.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: This includes being able to identify and assess risks, and develop and implement solutions to problems.
• Strong attention to detail: This includes being able to identify and correct errors.
• Communication skills: This includes being able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures: This includes being familiar with the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and other relevant auditing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: This is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field: This is preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in auditing: This is preferred, but not required.
