Work From Home

Responsibilities:

- Provide voice-based customer support to small and medium businesses
- Resolve customer issues and queries with speed and accuracy
- Handle customer complaints tactfully and effectively
- Keep records of customer interactions and escalate serious issues to the supervisor

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Customer service experience an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
