Duties and responsibilities
-Develop the overall customer strategy and roadmap
-Deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs and developing innovative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
-Identify, assess and respond to changing customer needs in a timely manner
-Manage and execute customer projects from start to finish
-Develop and maintain key customer relationships
You will also be required to identify and assess customer needs in order to propose and develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in a customer facing role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
-Fluency in English
