The account collector will work with the accounts receivable (A/R) department to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
This individual will be responsible for contacting customers who have not paid their bills and negotiating a payment plan. The collector will also be responsible for maintaining records of all payments and interactions with customers.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2 years experience in accounts receivable
-Knowledge of credit and collections procedures
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office
