• Troubleshoot network problems and outages.

• Maintain network documentation.

Skills:

• Experience with network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Proficient in network monitoring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network administration.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a plus.
