Job Title: Finance Manager

Reports To: Head of Finance

Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of PhonePe. This includes tasks such as preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Manage cash flow and ensure that the company has sufficient liquidity
• Monitor financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee the budgeting process and ensure that the company's finances are aligned with its strategic goals
• Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management

Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with financial reporting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a finance manager role in the technology industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
