Meesho is India's leading social commerce platform, and we are looking for talented and motivated BPO Staff to join our team. As a BPO Staff member, you will be responsible for providing customer support to our Meesho sellers and customers. You will also be responsible for handling sales and marketing inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise.




Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to Meesho sellers and customers
  • Handle sales and marketing inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Enter and manage data
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned




Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure well
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
