Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Reports To: Head of Network Operations

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking principles and technologies, as well as the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve network goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure: This includes designing and implementing new network solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving network problems.
• Manage and maintain network security: This includes implementing security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access and attack.
• Optimize network performance: This includes monitoring network traffic and optimizing network resources to ensure that the network is running efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned: This may include participating in network planning and design, or providing technical support to customers and users.

Skills:

• Strong networking skills: This includes having a deep understanding of networking principles and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills: This includes being able to identify and resolve network problems quickly and efficiently.
• Good communication skills: This includes being able to communicate effectively with customers, users, and other technical staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team: This includes being able to work independently to troubleshoot problems, as well as work as part of a team to implement network solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field: This is preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in a networking role: This is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in networking software and tools: This is required.
