Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Department: IT

Reports To: IT Manager

Summary:

The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to Infosys's employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing and configuring software, and providing training to employees on how to use their computers. The Desktop Support Engineer also performs other duties as assigned.

• Respond to user tickets and requests.
• Maintain a database of known issues and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest hardware and software technologies.

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Experience with other operating systems and software is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in desktop support.
• Experience with a variety of hardware and software is a plus.
