Working Hours

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5-10 members.
• Ensure team delivers high-quality work.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
• Conduct meetings to discuss progress and issues.
• Report on team performance to higher management.
• Support team members with training and development.
• Plan and manage team goals.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team.
• Encourage team collaboration and communication.
• Track project deadlines and ensure timely delivery.

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Team management experience.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in any field.
• Knowledge of IT and Software Development is a plus.
• Previous experience in team management is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
