Job Description: IBM is seeking a talented and passionate Computer Programmer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather software requirements and translate them into functional code.
2. Develop, test, and debug software programs to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to coding standards.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others as required.
4. Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in code reviews to identify and fix software defects and performance issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless functionality across different systems.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and programming languages, and apply them to enhance software development processes.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by clients or end-users, providing timely and effective solutions.
8. Document software specifications, user manuals, and technical guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
9. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure software meets quality standards and follows best practices.
10. Work collaboratively within an agile development environment, actively participating in meetings, discussions, and project planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others as required by the project.
3. Experience with software development methodologies and best practices, including version control and code documentation.
4. Proficiency in problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve software defects.
5. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
6. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality code within project timelines.
9. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to understand complex requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
10. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programming languages as needed.

Experience: Freshers with a strong academic background in computer science or related fields are encouraged to apply. Prior internships, coursework, or personal projects demonstrating programming skills are advantageous.
