As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees for their desktop computers, laptops, and other devices. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and managing and maintaining our desktop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees for their desktop computers, laptops, and other devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Manage and maintain the desktop environment
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Provide training and documentation to employees on desktop support issues
• Work with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues

Skills:

• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools
