Job Title: Marketing Director

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Summary:

The Marketing Director is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution for Emami. This includes tasks such as developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and leading the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as experience in the FMCG industry.

• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Emami's brands
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Lead the marketing team
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance
  • Represent Emami at industry events

  Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Experience in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience in the FMCG industry
