As a Customer Care Agent in DTDC, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to all customers who contact the company via phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and general questions about products, services, and orders.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide product and service information to customers and assist with placing orders or making changes to existing orders
