• Diagnose and troubleshoot data recovery issues, utilizing appropriate software tools and techniques.
• Utilize specialized hardware and software tools to recover data from physically damaged storage devices.
• Conduct data extraction and analysis to identify and recover specific files or information as per client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data recovery needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of recovered data throughout the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate records of data recovery operations, including details of the devices, techniques used, and outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest data recovery techniques, tools, and software advancements in the industry.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding data recovery options and best practices.
• Assist in developing data recovery strategies and procedures to optimize recovery success rates.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals and technicians to resolve complex data recovery issues.

• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns and queries.

Skills and Qualifications:

   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
   • Strong knowledge of data recovery principles, techniques, and tools.
   • Familiarity with various operating systems, file systems, and storage devices.
   • Proficiency in using data recovery software and tools such as EnCase, FTK, R-Studio, and DDRescue.
   • Understanding of hardware components and their impact on data recovery.
   • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address data recovery challenges.
   • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
   • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
   • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
   • Familiarity with data protection regulations and privacy laws.
   • Knowledge of computer forensics and data security practices is a plus.
   • Certifications in data recovery or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
