Job Title: Customer Service Trainee

Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad, India

Reports To: Manager, Customer Service

Summary:

The Customer Service Trainee is responsible for providing customer support to Colgate's customers. This includes tasks such as answering customer questions, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in customer service and a desire to learn the ropes.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions
• Resolve customer issues
• Provide feedback to the customer service team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-1 year of customer service experience
• Experience working with a variety of customer service software

Experience as a Fresher:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in customer service and a desire to learn the ropes.
• They should be able to demonstrate their understanding of customer service principles, as well as their ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
