Job Title: Pharmacist

Reports To: Pharmacy Manager

Summary:

The Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to Colgate's customers. This includes dispensing medications, providing medication counseling, and managing the pharmacy inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Provide medication counseling to customers.
• Manage the pharmacy inventory.
• Maintain patient records.
• Comply with all applicable regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of medications and their uses.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in pharmacy software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of [State].
