As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, so it is important that you are friendly and welcoming. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive experience at our hotel, and that they feel valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet visitors to the company

-Escort guests to their destinations

-Provide information about the company and its products

-Answer the telephone

-Handle mail

Qualifications: -
