Responsibilities:

Drive customer engagement initiatives to achieve desired outcomes, including retention, acquisition and increased customer lifetime value.

Qualifications:

4-year degree in business or related field

3-5 years experience in customer facing or account management role, preferably within a technology company

Strong analytical skills and ability to extract insights from data to guide decision making

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
