Summary:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of associates in a Bharti Airtel call center. This includes ensuring that associates are following safety procedures, meeting production goals, and providing excellent customer service. The Supervisor also works with other supervisors and managers to ensure that the call center is running smoothly.
