-Leading and motivating a team of call center representatives
-Ensuring that all calls are answered and customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
-Maintaining records of customer interactions and complaints
-Measuring team performance and compiling reports
-Identifying training needs and providing coaching and support to team members




Work From Home

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with call center software and tools
