Job Title: Budget Analyst

Department: Finance

Reports To: Head of Finance

Summary:

The Budget Analyst is responsible for developing and managing the bank's budget. This includes analyzing financial data, preparing budget reports, and making recommendations to the management team. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong financial skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare budget reports and forecasts
• Make recommendations to the management team on budget matters
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Monitor budget performance and identify areas for improvement

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent financial skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other budgeting software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in budget analysis or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
