The Account Collector is responsible for the timely and accurate collection of revenue from assigned accounts. This position requires a high degree of customer service and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
-Contact customers by phone and email to obtain overdue payments
-Generate invoices and statements
-Resolve customer inquiries
-Ensure all payments are applied to the correct account
