Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute marketing plans and programs that build brand awareness, drive demand, and increase sales
-Manage the marketing budget
-Develop and manage relationships with key partners and sponsors
-Develop and manage relationships with key media outlets
-Evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns accordingly

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
-At least 10 years of experience in marketing, including 5 years in a leadership role
-Strong track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
