As an IT Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients and employees. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients and employees for a variety of IT products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Provide training and documentation to clients and employees on IT-related topics
• Work with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues

• Strong technical skills in a variety of IT areas, such as hardware, software, networking, and security
