• Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using chat and email platforms.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.

Experience:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided for the role of a Chat Agent. Previous experience in customer service or chat support is an added advantage but not a requirement.
