Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, in collaboration with key stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates, and ensure they are communicated to all project team members.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, research and development, and supply chain, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and cost control measures.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Implement and follow project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and standardization across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, systems, and capabilities within the organization.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained appropriately throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering complex projects, preferably in the consumer products or manufacturing industry.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
