Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Department: IT
Reports To: IT Manager
Summary:
Au Small Finance Bank is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical whiz with a passion for solving problems. They will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and ensuring that the bank's computer systems are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Install and maintain computer systems and software
- Configure and maintain networks
- Perform backups and restores
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support
