Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Bhojwa, Ahmedabad, India

Reports To: Head of Customer Success

Summary:

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that Flipkart's customers are successful in using the platform. This includes tasks such as onboarding new customers, providing support to existing customers, and identifying and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Flipkart's products and services, as well as experience in working with a variety of customer segments.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new customers to Flipkart
• Provide support to existing customers
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Track customer satisfaction
• Work with other teams to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 2+ years of customer success experience
