Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Reports To: Head of Sales

Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for Emami in a specific region. This includes tasks such as setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, as well as experience in the FMCG industry.

• Responsibilities:
  • Set sales goals and develop sales strategies for the region
  • Manage the sales pipeline for the region
  • Lead a team of sales representatives in the region
  • Provide training and coaching to sales representatives in the region
  • Track and analyze sales performance in the region
  • Identify and resolve sales challenges in the region
