Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports To: Head of Sales

Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for Flipkart. This includes tasks such as setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, as well as experience in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

• Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
• Manage the sales pipeline
• Lead a team of sales representatives
• Provide training and coaching to sales representatives
• Track and analyze sales performance
• Identify and resolve sales challenges

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
