Job Title: Commercial Loan Officer

Reports To: Head of Commercial Lending

Summary:

The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for assessing and managing commercial loan applications. This includes tasks such as meeting with borrowers, evaluating their financial statements, and structuring loan terms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lending principles and practices, as well as experience with a variety of financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage commercial loan applications
  • Meet with borrowers to understand their financial needs
  • Evaluate financial statements and credit reports
  • Structure loan terms and conditions
  • Negotiate loan agreements
  • Monitor loan performance
  • Provide customer service to borrowers




Skills:

  • Strong understanding of commercial lending principles and practices

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
