Job Title: Business Analyst

Department: IT

Reports To: Head of Business Analysis

Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into technical requirements for IT projects. The Business Analyst also works with stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs.

• Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs.
  • Document the project requirements.
  • Track the progress of the project and identify any risks or issues.
  • Communicate with the IT team to ensure that the project is on track.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
