Job Title: Concierge

Department: Customer Experience

Reports To: Head of Customer Experience

Summary:

The Concierge is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Zepto's customers. This includes greeting and assisting customers in-store, answering customer questions, and resolving customer issues. The Concierge also performs other duties as assigned.

• Greet and assist customers in-store.
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and delivery.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience with a point-of-sale system is a plus.
