Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Department: Customer Service

Reports to: Head of Customer Service

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service to our customers, resolve their queries and issues, and promote our brand.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries and resolve their issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product information and answer questions about our products and services.
• Promote our brand and products to customers.
• Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Knowledge of Patanjali products and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent English language skills.

Experience as a Fresher:

• Freshers with a strong academic background and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. We will provide training on the job.
