Job Title: Accountant

Location: Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh

Reports To: Head of Finance

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, and be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining financial records: This includes recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts.
• Preparing reports: This includes preparing reports for management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Providing financial analysis: This includes analyzing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned: This may include assisting with audits, providing training to staff, or developing new financial systems.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills: This includes being able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail: This includes being able to identify and correct errors.
• Problem-solving skills: This includes being able to identify and resolve financial problems.
• Communication skills: This includes being able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accounting software: This includes being proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field: This is preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting: This is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: This is required.
