They will work with clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our product, that their questions are being answered, and that they are generally satisfied. They must be able to communicate effectively with clients, as well as manage expectations. The customer officer must also be able to work with the rest of the team to troubleshoot and resolve any customer-related issues.
