The customer experience manager is responsible for the overall customer experience with the company. This includes ensuring that customers are happy with their experience, addressing any customer service issues, and ensuring that customers are getting what they need from the company. The customer experience manager will also work with the marketing team to ensure that the company's messaging is consistent across all channels and that the company's branding is maintained.
