The Customer Success Associate (CSA) is responsible for onboarding, retention, and expansion of our customer base. They will work directly with customers to assess their needs, provide product support and education, and ensure that our customers are getting the most value out of our products. The CSA will also be responsible for developing customer success plans and working with the customer success team to execute them.
