  • -Collect and analyze data
  • -Present findings in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

  • - Proven experience as a customer officer or in a similar role
  • - Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
  • - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • - A team player with strong organizational skills
